Option Method Dialogue Reviews – Master Teacher’s review of an Option Method self-dialogue or dialogue with a friend, partner, or client. Includes follow-up discussion.
The Ultimate Goal: To help the student learn to do Option Method Dialogues on their own and with others.

Progress Consultations – One-on-one planning, progress, evaluation and coaching meetings between you and your dedicated Master Teacher to help guide you through the process and achieve your goals.

Sign up for one of our packages and save 40% on services. All packages include an introductory 1 hour tutorial on the Option Method, and access to our ongoing NetTogethers, an online forum designed to answer questions and practice the Option Method Dialogue.

Explore the Option Method with our basic package of four Dialogues and one Progress Consultation. We recommend one session per week over a one-month period.
